I started this journey in January of 2024 with low energy, not sleeping well or for extended periods of time, my joints would hurt from working out and it would take several days to a week to recover. I reached out to Renew Vitality to have bloodwork done and sure enough my Testosterone levels were pretty much non existent. After speaking with Dalton Brown and Dr. Staller I was approved for TRT injections and also started taking Semaglutide to help get some of the excessive weight I put on during the pandemic. I use to be an athlete and would run half marathons, CrossFit workouts, and Tough Mudder and Ragnars. I wanted my life back and they have helped me do that. The support system is tremendous with texts and phone calls to check in on progress and how you are feeling. 10/10 recommended!
