I started renew vitality about 6 months ago. I'm 49 , I was working all the time and ballooned up. I had my kids late in life and really couldn't be the dad I wanted to be . I am 6'1 and weighed 305 pounds. A friend referred me to joe who walked me through the whole process and got me started on TRT. It changed my life. I'm down 45 pounds (half way to my goal.) and feel like I'm in my 20's again. I get down on the floor and play with my kids, I get veins in my arms when I work out that I haven't seen since my 20's and my marriage is back in its honeymoon stage . Joe stays on top of your needs, knows exactly what you need and when you need it. It's well worth the investment!

I was nervous to get stated. I thought I was messing with my hormones however Nick was extremely knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained everything throughout the process. He was very responsive and helped fit everything into my very busy schedule. My consultation with Dr. Jacquemin was on time, and also very thorough. He answered all of my questions and explained the science behind everything. My order arrived quickly, and in about 2-3 weeks I could really feel a difference in my energy levels and focus. Have to admit, was coming into this as a bit of a skeptic but my patient coordinator, Jordi Perez walked me through it all, the blood test confirmed the course of the treatment and the professional processes, follow through and package details have convinced me this is going to really what I needed to get back on top of my game as life has a way of beating it out of you. from the start, they've been great! responsive, answering all inquiries via email, text or calls! they leave messages, text too if you miss their calls! in 1 day I was scheduled for lab work via labcorp and my insurance! they reviewed my lab work quickly, got back to me promptly and I'm scheduled to see my Dr via telehealth 1st time this afternoon and hopefully begin my treatment! can't wait, tried a few other clinics and most don't even leave messages, answer emails or anything unless you leave a google review, then they're on you! so far this clinic did more in depth testing then my initial clinic I tried for a month, use my insurance for blood work and are saving me money while giving me more attention to my needs and concerns. can't beat that so far!
