Renew Vitality wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on a screen reader, screen magnification, voice control or a keyboard instead of a mouse.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is the standard most widely used to measure website accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

What we do

  • Every page has a "Skip to content" link and a main content area, so keyboard and screen reader users can go straight to what matters.
  • Images that carry information have text descriptions.
  • Forms have labels and can be completed with a keyboard.
  • Text and buttons are designed to meet WCAG colour contrast requirements.
  • The site works on phones, tablets and desktops, and with browser zoom.
  • We check the site with automated accessibility tools and by hand, and fix what we find.

Content from other providers

Some parts of the site come from other providers, such as our contact and assessment forms and embedded media. We choose providers that support accessibility, but we do not control everything they show. If any of it gets in your way, contact us and we will help you another way.
